Lesley Kiesling is a Licensed Professional Counselor–In Training who works with clients ages 8 and older. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, identity development, life pressures, family changes, mood disorders, and the unique stressors faced by high performers, student-athletes, and individuals in high-stress careers. Using a trauma-informed approach, Lesley integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and play therapy techniques to meet clients where they are developmentally and emotionally. She strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Lesley’s style is compassionate and collaborative, while also encouraging meaningful growth—offering support while gently challenging clients when it helps move them forward. She has experience working in outpatient mental health settings and also holds a Master’s degree in Sports Leadership, which informs her work with athletes and high performers managing pressure and expectations. Lesley became a therapist because she is passionate about helping people better understand their mental health and find clarity during times that can feel confusing or overwhelming.
