Hi my name is Kennedy Wilcox! I am a graduate of Marquette University and have previous experience working in an outpatient setting. Currently, I strive to provide the best care for young adolescents and adults. Areas of service include anxiety, interpersonal relationships issues, stress, life transitions, coping skills, self-esteem management and working on personal growth. Overall, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all clients is at the top of my priority to ease the progress of a client reaching their goals. Working together in session and self work outside of session go hand and hand to be able to thrive. I believe that collaborating together will aid in your intention of working through your challenges, trauma, and past experiences to then yield positive results in your future, you. Techniques that I use are Cognitive- Behavioral Theory, Compassion- Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I would love to get a chance to support you in this journey.
